Can’t stand these messed up couples who call 911 when the 💩 hits the fan only to turn around and insist they don’t want the guilty party arrested. Then don’t take emergency responders away from other callers who need them !! Suffer in your own personal hell and stop demanding an audience to your chaos. Had neighbors like this years ago and the rest of us finally reported the landlord for not evicting them after multiple 911 calls. When the landlord realized they could be fined by the city they finally started eviction proceedings. It took 4 months and the sheriff to get them out. Bet this guy had multiple family members who told him to get rid of her but he’s addicted to the dopamine hits you get from being trauma bonded.

The first time your partner lays hands on you, cuts you, or anything other physical attack please just leave. Don't try working things out. I understand mistakes happen or the person was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, but I have zero tolerance for abusive partners and toxic relationships. Get out the 1st time.

It's rare for abusive people to change. They have to not only want to change their abusive mentality but seek counseling or therapy to correct then behavior. This would be the only condition I might accept as a 2nd chance of reconciliation. Depends upon many factors

If you are with someone and they are abusive and have stabbed you then there should be no hesitation about having them arrested. Have her evicted. Get on with your life and have a restraining order in place. Sometimes that bit of paper can be a deterrent. It’d make her realise he’s not putting up with the abuse anymore. Failing to do that…don’t ring the police for help if you aren’t prepared to take it.
