I really love these guided meditations and wish there were more. I enjoy starting my day with Paramahansa Yogananda’s meditation, technique and prayer combinations. It helps me like no other guided meditations thus far. These particular recordings which are in the 15-20 minute range are really great to start the day with when you don’t have enough time to do more than that. Would you please consider putting out more of theses? I’ve been through all of them multiple times and I’m looking for some new one. Thank you for this channel and community. 🙏❤️🙏

I have gratitude for these guided meditations. I notice my being, my spirit, changes for the better and I have a more positive outlook.

Thank you. Though I have been meditating for many years, from time to time I find myself being distracted by earthly experiences. Somehow, I come back to these meditations that are so helpful and insightful. The speaker's voice is so calming and clear. Thank you for helping us find our way back. How fragile we can become that distractions can take us off our desired path. There is a light within us that can show us the way - only if we desire the illumined pathway.
