I used this method for all my plushie gifts! I recommend if you are hosting the party at your place, or if your gifts are light weight! I would avoid if you are going to travel with the gift bags or with heavier items!

OMG!!! I have watched every video for the past two days on how to do this and NOBODY said to make a triangle at the bottom!!! You are brilliant and I thank you sooooooooo much for showing how to from your angle and not facing the camera as most of the videos do. Worked great. Use thick paper and packaging tape. Thin stuff would probably be ok for a stuffed animal

Yeah, make sure you use super strong tape and wrapping paper if you're gonna use this for anything heavy like a candle or wine bottle. If you pick it up by the top on it's own IT WILL RIP. this works if you have awkward shapes to wrap. There's a lot more awkward and odd ones than a candle though...
