Yes we know, we fucked up. We and Lithuanians could be the largest and strongest country in Europe. WW1 would not happened, WW2would not hapened. None of this bs going on now in western europe would never happened. We would be so strong that we would be able to influence everyone else in europe.

If Polish-Lithuania survived, modern Lithuanian ("Samogitian" or "Zemajtian", or "Zmudzian") language would've never become a state language and would likely be forgotten beyond academia - there would be mainly two languages - Polish, and a heavily polonised version of "Belarusian/Ukrainian" (Ruthenian) - de-facto major language, or "prosta mowa", in which almost entirety of Greatlitwan documents were written. Likely, Samogitian language status would be reduced to modern state of Kashubian or Silesian languages in Poland. So, in the long run, crash of Polish-Litwan union was a good thing for formation of modern Lithuanian Republic and preservation of their cultural heritage (which allowed them later to parrot ridiculous claims how "they" were "actually" the "Greatlitwan state" that "owned" everything, similar to (Northern) Macedonia)

dud, its not just Poland.....

I genuenly believe Poland-Lithuania would have sided WITH Napoleon because of his Liberal ideas, but he still would've been betrayed at the end because of the forced sanctions against britain. This also means that Polan-Lithuania becomes a major power in europe, replaces Russia's position in the great war and possibly even in the second world war. If we get lucky they might even get imperial status or even superpower status towards the end of the 20th and the begining of the 21st centuries.
