if you made a server that runs off of your internet do you still have to add tht authkey or no?

I need help: I have the authkey in my common.cfg and the collection id is in the common.cfg too. I added an object to the workshop.lua (I mean that file: resource.AddWorkshop("Number")) and this workshop.lua is located where it should be ( lua/autorun/server ). The problem is that nothing gets downloaded. I tried it with some TDM cars and i do not find them in the vehicle menu to spawn them. Any ideas what I could messed up? Thanks :^D

Please don't spread misinformation. I just had two debug for one whole day bc you told us bullshit about WorkshopDL. You can't put the workshop.lua into the addons folder. The server won't enforce the download then. You can only put the workshop.lua directly into lua/autorun/server!
