I’m unsubscribing. Sorry. I’ll still try and find your videos occasionally, but the premieres bother me every time.
Ответить🤔 I don't mind the wait. It gives me time to do dishes, feed critters, grab a coffee for the 'show start'. These vids are important to me! Thank You GP!👍😁
ОтветитьI don't do gyms, I do physical labor.
ОтветитьI wouldnt call this "urgent"...with everything going on in the world. Usually love your content and thanks for the "inside intel" normally
ОтветитьThat's an excellent fee for Martial Arts!
In the 1980's, I taught for $16.00 a month!
Bravo! Your doing what I did and my classes were full. I taught in a poor, ruff, neighborhood.
I didn't do contracts
Hi everyone, I don't usually get to catch the live stream. I sure am glad I live off the main "roads" to my place.
ОтветитьThat's it ? Only 7 minutes and 4 seconds long ?
ОтветитьHi from Norway
ОтветитьI’m a 100% disabled combat veteran, 18b and rely on ADA devices such as canes, walkers etc.
So getting around is a challenge for me
Im 6’1” and about 235 lbs and know I need to lose about 30/40 lbs
I lift weights however walking is challenging
Point is I keep trying I never give up
Sure I wish I could do more
I’m going to try Keto and cut down on my carbs because I’m insulin resistant
I know I cannot
Bug out
Unless I have assistance and the scenario truly warrants it
So my home is fortified as best as I can do
Stocked as well
What I do possess is 16 years of intense military training and experience
Yet, I’m still under no pretensions that a 14 yo with no training and a well placed bullet can negate all of that in an instant
I’ve witnessed this happen multiple times before
My home is where I will make my last stand it’s as good a place as any
I wish you and the world peace ✌️ 🇺🇸
Happy New Year
Ответить😊
ОтветитьBlessings to you and your family for 2025 and thank you for all the knowledge you impart to us. It's going to be a good year 🎉
ОтветитьI am 53 and last May I was hired as a part time housekeeping at a hotel. I weighed 224 and today my weight is 180.
ОтветитьOur brain is made up of 75% M... word that needs cholesterol. In 1972 Alzheimer's rate skyrocketed.
ОтветитьWhat about someone like me? I have a seriously bad back. I had cervical surgery in August for my neck. 3 discs removed and 3 titanium cages and a plate put in and in October I had the disc between L5 and 6 removed and a cage, plate and 2 rods put in. I am still wearing my back brace for another month and a half. I used to take Shotokan Karate and made it to my green belt before my knee, which I fractured in 1984, said no more. I have has 10 knee surgeries with number 10 being a total knee replacement. I do know how to defend myself but now weigh 242. I was up to 265 so I did lose some weight but was not trying. I have quite a few things to defend myself and my wife here. I was also a deputy sheriff in Lapeer County for 2 years after I retired from GM after working there 30 years. So I guess I am basically messed up. Oh, and I am going to be 70 in August.

ОтветитьWalking is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I started 23 years ago, lost a ton of weight. Put a bit back on I'm 67 but I still look pretty good, just not model thin. Supplement it with some 15 minute exercise videos and some arm weights.
ОтветитьThe journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step!!!
ОтветитьYou can be in the best of shape. If there are 10 people against yourself. It doesn't matter then. I also know a Black belt expert that was in a bar and got a beat down from a street fighter. Until you are not in a competition and in a real fight don't take anyone lightly. The streets are different than sparing for a metal. That's reality.
ОтветитьPlan for all contingencies. Compare from the bottom up. Get in shape. Make sure you have assets in a bug out bag, defense, etc. and then woke up from there to a car full of food etc. then for extended stay in the home. That way if that option doesn’t work you are back down to the vehicle and then if that doesn’t work, you’re on your own with a bag and defense and skills
ОтветитьI'm not listening because the content starts with eating one meal a day which I don't feel is good. I'll watch the next one
ОтветитьAnd you know, Goshen... HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts, a monumentally varied pallet of medeival to renaissance armed and unarmed fighting arts from all over pre-American western civilization) is still 'Martial Arts.' And ALL of it was for actual war, with only secondary considerations for sport exposition (such as the Mounted Joust tournaments of old, for example).
And my particular vein thereof is a combo of various 14th-15th century German combat arts, in prep for long-advanced SHTF times when there is no remaining modern civilization or industries to make any more modern ammo for modern firearms - thereby forcing whoever's still alive to fall back on ever older forms of SHTF warfare & defense in the wastelands of the future. And as I see coming, this will inevitably include the medieval veins of fighting, not just unarmed (German knightly war wrestling known as 'RingenKunst' for example) but with melee weapons in hand.
I'm training for the day when the post-apocalyptic new middle ages will be at last upon us;
A time that will see the rise of SHTF equivalents of everything from the wasteland-roaming street Spartan to the new knightly orders that occupy your local abandoned concrete buildings as castles to the landscape dominating Viking tribes of armageddon. A time when men and women will once more defend themselves and their kin/homes/fortresses/resources/freedoms at the tip of the spear, sword, dagger or makeshift lance on horseback... when the Shield and the coat of arms or other symbology it displays will speak proudly of he or she who carries it and what they are then fighting for in what's left of the world after the fall.
THAT my friend... is what I'm getting reaady for.
Just sayin.'
Do you ever do your question and answer live podcast anymore?
Ответитьi have done the last 20 yrs as a janitor/retail/housekeeping in a hospital..kept me at 250lbs im now retired for 3 yrs i have gone up to 300lbs and i dont do much of anything (due to apt complex living) im am round ..round is a shape ..
Ответитьkicking is by FAR the best defensive move, IF you keep the kicks at the shins/knees and IF you're truly skilled at it.and IF you had a decent floor surface and room in which to move. If I worked with you for 1/2 hour per day, one on one, 6 days per week, at nothing more than such kicks, balance-training and "covering-up' your chest/head with your fists/forearms AS you kick, you'd be HIGHLY likely to win any fight that starts in the open, on your feet, with yourself ready. The other 1/2 hour per day and the other 6 months of practice is for when you DONT get to start with those advantages. Wet grass, snow, ice, loose gravel, mud, getting 'jumped' , etc, don't let you use your kicking.
ОтветитьI jokingly say I'm over weight cause it's a prep no one can steal off me.
Ответить71 yrs. Old , Twice a week I spend 1/2 on a tread mill.
ОтветитьYou should spin it the other way. It's the beginning of the year and you need to push yourself- so pay EXTRA $ for the EXTRA push to put into it. Cost isn't cheaper now, because it's about YOUR dedication to get through the barriers and make a lasting and meaningful difference.

ОтветитьHappy New years ❤
ОтветитьMuscle burns fat. Cardio is excellent, also. As we age, we need to work harder for our muscle mass, and in turn, it works on your balance.
ОтветитьThanks for the advise!
ОтветитьTy😊
ОтветитьI was very sick, on many meds and way overweight after being an athlete all of my life. I began turning to natural remedies & getting off any meds I could. We went on Keto and 1 meal a day, with some small keto snacks if I did get hungry. I started in mid January and have lost 85 lbs as of this morning and have never felt deprived at all. I'm out of shape though, even though I'm well trained, but a bad back injury stopped me from doing much of anything. I'm working on moving around more each day & hope I still have time to gain stamina and rebuild muscles. It is my biggest worry in seeing what's already going on.
