the fact that I watched this video and still do not know how to trim my clips with any accuracy makes me upset

Thank youuuuuu the link button was off and i was having to cut each audio/video.

When I make a cut, between a lot of clips I'm getting 1 frame of clip A flashing up at the start of clip B. What's causing that? Sequence settings is set to the exact same FPS as the video and when exporting, "Match Source" is also enabled.
