What gauge aluminum are you using? Do you have a preferred supplier for the aluminum sheets? Seems you are "floating" the siding but still using adhesive for the parameter of the panels?

What bit are you using in the router to cut those curves?

The cutting process is what I'm most nervous about and you make it look so easy! The expandable table you are using is really cool. Where did you find it?

I have a question… front windows mounted on a curve, how high can you go and get it to fit the curve? If I wanted a real large front window, like the windshield on the Vestibule, how would you accomplish that/. Thank you, Trent Lyon

Would you be able to do a tutorial on how to install the stargazer window? There is very little information about this online and no instructions provided with these windows. Trim ring looks a little hinkey to me

What wood did you use for the side walls? Does not look like pressure treated ply?

@Wander Tears I see you use prefinished aluminum panels. I'm assuming you've been happy with the durability. I see some companies offer Fluropon– 70% PVDF coated aluminum for architectural applications, maybe overkill, any thoughts. Thanks!
