Really cool setup you’ve created! It did end up being impossible to fail though :-) No consequence of hitting the skulls ^^

I can't help but feel you got the short straw as the receiver. Especially after seeing the extravagant projects that you and the other makers built.

Now that’s some realistic gaming! It’s incredible how much we can apply real-world physics to make these machines feel lifelike. I’ve been exploring how physics is part of all the coolest tech on my channel, come join the fun!

James.. what you need is a partnership with someone(s) who can make freeware that lets neural networks practice in a virtual world using your robots, so you can at least brute force generate AI's.

Make videos of the interviews.. just be careful not to hire a shill.

No need for a steering bike when you use the strings to move it that way, can literally put anything on there and it will work.
I think a better way would be using 3 strings, one mounted to front of bike and mounted at front of the machine were it can transverse freely left to right. Then 2 strings at the back where the handlebars you control, are directly tied to the bike handlebars. this would allow the physics of the bike to be more apparent and could actually allow it to crash. The

Not sure if you read comments but I have a wonderful idea for a build if you are interested in suggestions, it involves a golf push cart.

All of ur Videos are so great! I just can’t explain myself how you can power so many big brushless motors with a that can provide relatively few current. For example for the OpenDog V2 you use 12 Eaglepower motor that require 22 A (per motor) according to the datasheet and you power them with a 4 A battery. Maybe that’s a super stupid question but I would be so happy about an answer because it would be very important for one of my projects! 😊

For version 2.0 you could put a screen on the back wall that displays a road going off into the distance, with various digital objects coming towards the rider as they progress down the road. The bike's position could be tracked to determine whether a collision occurred. You could then procedurally generate new levels with increasing difficulty and have a high score table etc.

Your first attempt at steering it failed because motorcycles are counter-steered. It did exactly what I would have expected. Such a cool build man. I love it.

This is a great build, but it's not true bike physics, at least when it comes to steering the thing. Bikes turn into corners by what's known as 'counter-steering'. This isn't simulated in your model, which is why I had to run my mouth, I'm sorry!

I wonder what a RC motorcycle would be like on that. But with a much longer belt so you could have more freedom to speed up or slow down. Think the gameplay would be more challenging and enjoyable.

Idk I feel like my ideas always sound dumb after typing them lol

Wonder if you could use that powered roller bit (pre belt, just the tube) like a rock tumbler. If so would a really high speed tumbler have any advantages over the slow one. Maybe for metal polishing
