Would appreciate if you mention out whether to exhale using mouth or nose in all your videos, thank you.

I saw my dog that passed away while mediating to this. I used to wake up early and sit in the warm moring sun, the crisp autum wind blowing, listening to leaves moving to the wind and birds chirping. We made the perfect memory in time. The kind that sticks to your soul. After he died I stoped meditating because i didn't want to deal with the pain and the memory of losing him. I just started to meditate again to cleared my mind, relaxed and released everything. Next thing you know hes snuggled up next to me, like i was dreaming but awake. I forgot he was gone then i remembered. I was crying tears of joy because i now hes body is gone but he still exist. Thank you to whom ever created this video!!
