Well George, glad to see you "suger coated" how much you like this revolver! LOL!
That first shot was a "Kodak moment", you looked like you were sure something was going to go "bang" in the wrong direction?

I had one my parents got me in around 1971. $8.00 at crown discount center. Not a timing marvel by any stretch. But I was a 10 year old boy and I found the gun stupendous. It was top of the line in my goofy mind.

I have two Clerkes, a .22 and a .32, both of which fire fine. They were both owned by a Saturday Night Special collector who had passed away. I understand that he did work on them to get them to where they would fire safely. I also have his notebooks where he liked the .32s much better.

My grandfather Vhon Wilhelm (deceased) bought this same gun of the boat docs Corpus Christi coming back from Philippines (NAVY) and bought this gun for $50 and used it for a shark gun and put it in his Bait and Tackle Box. He said.. That is a tackle box gun I use it to shoot shark when needed. It fires every round. I'm a.great shot and this snub noes is only accurate at point blank, directly in face of target. I also had a hard time at 100ft

Its obvious you start with hear/say, or others/say , when you begin bashing a "make" of gun prior to shooting it yourself. I hear all the gun bashers but doubt that many have actually put many rounds through the "cheap" guns that get focused on. Same type of bias allowed the " Ring of Fire Manufacterers " to be wiped out . Gun owners didnt oppose that. Now days same tactics are being used on the BEST gun maker. United we stand , divided we fall.

I had a girlfriend decades ago whose dad had one of these in the .32 S&W you mentioned. I took him shooting and set up at 7 yards never cut paper. Now SARGE I'm a Master Class Shooter AND COULD NOT HIT THE PAPER. Worst gun I have ever seen makes an RG look like a custom shop revolver by comparison, that is pathetic huh. Not enough weight for a boat anchor and would probably get you in trouble for polluting the water if you did. Brave to even pull the trigger from my one time experience so long ago

I owned one of these at one time. Bought it at a garage sale for $5. I was so impressed by the quality that I duck taped it to a saw horse and pulled the trigger with a string. You are much braver than I am. I would never have been within 20 feet of it, let alone hold it in my hand while trying to fire it. :-)
As it turned out, it didn`t explode. If you were lucky, it would actually go off once or twice per cylinder full.
I used it as a paper weight. Sometimes I tied it to a window shade as a weight to keep the pesky thing from rolling up. :-)
One time when I was talking to the local sheriff, I told him about the little piece of.......scrap metal, and he asked if I would sell it. I gave it to him for free. He used it in gun safety classes as an example of what you should NOT try to shoot or buy. Sometimes he had it hanging from a string on the rear view mirror of his patrol car.

My Clerke fires every time. Not overly accurate, you have to really practice and compensate. It's really just a matter of getting to know the firearm.

When you put ammo in gun does that stop the cylinder from free wheeling. So how does it stop after you pull trigger, how does it go to the right cylinder hole

I have one that I picked up at a flea market for 50 bucks a few years back. I've shot it a handful of times and it's never had an issue. Maybe I got a good one. Lol
