Want to get more out of your strength training? 👀

It’s benefit is its stimulates the nervous system and high threshold units without having to use much weight/ be neurally fatiguing… this is great for every peaking strength athlete but this variation particularly for powerlifters during bench sessions, to extract as much potential as possible.

Perform these before your bench press sets - I’m currently performing 2 sets of 6. I’ll use a variety of different dynamic movements and intensify with heavy supports/ eccentric only/ isometrics.
