I don't have beta updates how to get it

Mine shows a different amount of gb, 14.38 GB. I bricked my phone twice on the first beta, but I saw they patched that brick for beta 1. However I can’t tell if my phone will install the beta 1, and I ain’t trying to get it bricked again lol
