ОтветитьWHY KOSHA salt every time? Just say salt ?? o.o
ОтветитьIf one switches out the beef for elk backstrap, what changes need to be made to the recipe, please? Also, would morels for the pate' be acceptable for either version?
ОтветитьIf you want the best in someone who cooks with butter even though she's a horrible racist Paula Deen that woman can take 36 of butter 12 minutes and turn it into something that will not only clog your arteries but make you go oh I remember Grandma cooking something like that

ОтветитьBeef Wellington? OH YES!
making your own puff pastry? No Thanks! Life is too short.

ОтветитьI'm not sure If I'm fully onboard with eating rare beef but I'm interested in trying beef wellington
ОтветитьYou should this two course meal the battle of Waterloo
Ответитьtake a shot every time he says puff pastry
ОтветитьI liked the episode but had to give a dislike because I'm really not a fan of important stuff being locked behind a paywall. If you wanna make some separate stuff locked, fine, but when it's literally part of stuff you're releasing for free, it feels scummy. Like the fiasco with "The Sims 4 Cats and Dogs" and "The Sims 4 My First Pet Stuff" being the same pack divided up. Or "free to play" games actually costing money to actually make progress beyond the intro.
ОтветитьI know this is a weird comment but you have a nice voice
ОтветитьIf I did like this video, I'm not going to change my perspective. It's well shot, the food looks like it's well cooked. And the recipe is unassailable. However 🤣🤣 even Paula Deen can find a recipe for puff pastry that at least looks healthier.
ОтветитьBut... how much meat is needed for this set of ingredients..?
ОтветитьPitch idea... Binging with..Butter?
ОтветитьAs someone who’s never had a Beef Wellington, this video makes me want one. Now.
ОтветитьLoved both recipes, did the Wellington on Saturday and the Napoleon on Sunday — gotta make use of that (frozen) puff pastry. Boy the custard just kills, such a melting deliciousness, not too sweet... perfect. Thanks for the video!

Ответить"Who knew that math could be so delicious?"
My dog that keeps eating my homework, that's who
What’s with the fancy name for the vanilla slice
ОтветитьMight I suggest this "Napoleon" to be revisited in a Botched By Babish episode? There is clearly way too little crème pâtissière compared to the size of your puff pastry. Plus it's really called a "Mille-Feuille".
Love your stuff though!
invented 1825 in Wellington NZ, the beef Wellington is a New Zealand classic
ОтветитьYummy 😬😊🐝💪
ОтветитьSo the only issue is that wellington typically uses a true duxelles which includes minced shallot and garlic processed with the mushrooms simultaneously. Unfortunately, a lot of recipes also include pate (usually foix gras), so I can definitely appreciate one that skips out on that.
ОтветитьPuff pastry the Demascus of food
ОтветитьGordon Ramsay Makes the 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧

ОтветитьBeef Wellington and then Napoleons? The battle WAS legendary.

Ответить120 degrees? Seems low
ОтветитьBetween all the butter they were eating and coke they were snorting it's kind of amazing boomers are still around.
ОтветитьIs that a Napoleaon dessert or mille feuille?
ОтветитьAny chance we'll B getting the Oysters Rockefeller ep on YT any time soon? It'd pair nicely with this one.
ОтветитьCan't I just buy the dough? I get the artistry behind it but I would like to make my cooking of my time more manageable and less stressful
ОтветитьWatched this video a million times and finally today I’m actually trying this recipe. Thanks Babish Merry Christmas
ОтветитьToday, after 3 years of studying and doubting myself, I can finally say I could make the Wellington 🎉 thanks for all your recipes and tutorials they where very helpful, and Merry Christmas 🎄
ОтветитьBased Wellington
ОтветитьBabish, could you please make Minnie's fried chicken from The Help?
Ответить"If you want to find the way to Christina Hendricks' heart"
Well, she already found mine after she played both a fairy and a literal doll.
She also played a cop, but that one's... debatable.
Raw wellington
