They could've fight the guards when they take another participant like this:
1. Wisper this plan beforehand to everyone
2. Loosing participant is getting dragged by 2 guards
3. He starts a commotion by beating the dragging guards into their d***s
4. Ideally third guard gets distracted, but even if not everyone should fight him and take his weapon
5. Shoot other two guys with this weapon
6. 2 guys with guns go into corridors and look for exit
7. Other people with one gun barricade inside this room
