And media can also stop misbehavior on police, misconduct and illegal arrests when police are trained about the constitution where police do nt violate citizens rights, and are constantly lieing to the public,,, well I suppose in all those cases it assists the public, freedom of speech, and news covered under first amendment,,, police do their job correctly and lawfully no one will film them if they are doing bad policing.
The real reason that they want to stop citizens recordings is not to stop police illegal activity, is not to get sued, that the real reason😢😢😢
