Built in Sunderland !
ОтветитьI love this car affordable and works great as commuter in my locality..bought a 2023 SV+ and has been very reliable as everyday commuter.
ОтветитьUnfortunately, it now has to compete with the New Equinox.
Ответитьlol the yellow plastic hand 😂
ОтветитьGreat review as always, although I do wish you'd stay away from the super technical terms like "smidge".
ОтветитьI have the Japanese version Nissan Leaf and they do come with spare tyre! Its placed under the car and in some sort of cage that you have to crank down by turning a bolt under the trunk carpet. Weird placement but hey its a spare! Rare to see in an EV
ОтветитьNisan doesn’t even want to build the Leaf. They only do it under duress. Way over priced.
ОтветитьWhy tf are they still shipping LEAF's with Chademo charge ports? I thought they gave up on that years ago. Not many chargers were ever installed and now all new chargers are Tesla or SAE combo.
ОтветитьI've punished a Nissan leaf for 9 years now. It's the best car I've ever owned. As a contractor it's replaced an f150 and never complained even if I over load it with concrete and tools. More torque than a truck. I've replaced 4 sets of tires and one pair of rear shocks.
What you failed to notice was the fact that a higher purchase price comes with never having to buy gas again. Not once in 9 years. With a charger on my house I pay $5 a week. It's paid for the car. Cheapest car I've ever owned.
9 moving parts.
Does it come in Plaid~
ОтветитьNothing less than a stupid review
ОтветитьWhy is nissan still using Chademo? :(
ОтветитьThe wheels are cool! 😀👍
ОтветитьSurprised it doesn’t have dc charging.
ОтветитьI have a 2017 Leaf with 30 kWh battery. I have saved net cost of $5,500 over past 4 years. Maintenance has been $36 for 3 cabin air filters over the past 4 years. I won’t sell it.
ОтветитьI bought one because I'm completely against Elon
ОтветитьEV braking will always be superior to front ICE vehicles.... the weight of battery keeps most of the weight LOW and CENTER, so all 4 tires get the traction and and their is minimal inertia dip to front end. same thing with super mid engine vehicles like the lambo etc..
ОтветитьSarah. I like your videos but how can a serious mechanic have long fingernails?
ОтветитьLiked these before they got to be about 40k. Doesn't matter how great a car it's been for you the last 10 years if the price has doubled.
Ответить"Give it the beans." Are you a Martin Brundle fan?
ОтветитьA rear sway bar would help it stay planted during sporty driving.
ОтветитьStill a 1000lbs to heavy. Park this tech until you do....
ОтветитьThe cooling lines are not used to cool the battery , just the penguins inside . Chademo adapters are on the market now as are cheap retro fit batteries a versa tile car
ОтветитьI own a Bolt EV. And yes, if I turn off the TC completely, I can ROAST the front tires off.
ОтветитьIt's a Versa Note? Thank you.
ОтветитьSarah I love your reviews. Your knowledge and attention to detail is appreciated with just the right amount of quirkiness
Ответитьcan't believe they are still using CHAdeMO , Most DC fast charge ports are CCS, and NACS CHAdeMO is too slow
ОтветитьI wish you would do your evaluation of the mini cooper countryman turbo all four. I had so much fun with that vehicle ripping through mountain roads. Very quick and amazing handling. I'd love your interpretation. 😊😊😊❤
ОтветитьAny Leaf owners see battery degradation due to that it's air-cooled? I have a Bolt. They replaced my battery 2 years ago with a brand new. I don't see noticeable battery degradation in the past 2 years.
ОтветитьNissan was way ahead with the Leaf and then stopped innovating. Not sure why.
ОтветитьAnother ev Americans don't want.
ОтветитьI drove a leaf for 5 years. Fantastic car. One question for Nissan. WHY Chademo in North America in 2025???
ОтветитьI'm still driving my 2011 Leaf with the original battery (out the door range 105 miles - now 70 miles). Batteries will last if you know how to take care of them.
ОтветитьYour pessimism is on full display.
ОтветитьI''ve been watching for a few months now, and I'm so curious how you get the front shots of the vehicle when you're doing the driving test. I never see a vehicle in front of you, or a vehicle reflection in the front of the vehicle you're driving. Do you use a drone? Or do you do the same route twice, one with a car in front of you recording, and then again without? It's like penguin magic or something. Maybe thats it, maybe the penguins fly in front of you.
Ответитьwtf overpriced af! U can get better EV car with better interior for that price these days
ОтветитьThe Hard cover on the "Transmission Tunnel" is actually an access panel for the emergency disconnect for the High Voltage battery. You can purchase a little storage tray with 2 cup holders that is a snap in replacement for the cover.
ОтветитьYou are funny and informative 💖🙏
ОтветитьI like my 2025, and I dont have to worry about finding a chg station just because I made a side trip.
Ответитьthere are no incandescent bulbs in this, what are you talking about? Do you think 3000 kelvin color temperature = incandescent?
ОтветитьLucky penguin.
ОтветитьI’m looking to purchase a Leaf but only if I can use it as backup power (limited )for my house.
ОтветитьWhen I die, I want to come back as Sarah’s clip on microphone
ОтветитьTorsion beam? You can plainly see the coil springs.
ОтветитьNissan does a poop job with advertisement just got a 2025 for 26g with all the incentives and kick backs its not 38g
