Denver Landlords Will Be Fined $1000 For Refusing To Get Rental License

A new law in Denver Colorado requires landlords to get a rental license and rental inspections in order to operate. The problem is that less than 10% of properties have actually acquire the license. The city promises to find landlords up to $1000 for not complying with the license requirement.
