I been so unfit lately with sore back. Ankles etc. ... I ALLWAYS remember my karate even from back then . And lately I been practicing it. And I can't believe how that memory muscle stays with you like that , from karate.. it's ALLREADY helping my ankles, back. Confidence etc.. it doesn't matter how young old you are when U learnt this. You will have this for LIFE!!..

On punch heel should remain planted firmly on the ground connecting through the leg, hips and shoulders.
