they are both board games. they both move pieces and there are strategies. but lets be real... checkers is a party game. counter-strike is a game.


theres a reason why CS has been around for 20 years... it's the WoW of competitive shooters. you can try but you wont top it so why do we keep saying "WoW Killer."


Am i excited for Valorant.. yes. Do i know what i'm getting isn't anything like counter-strike. yes. Will I still play and go back to Counter-Strike... absolutely.. cause just like the MMO scene a handful of years ago... sure new games did things better... but here we are back to WoW. why cause it's a master piece.


I may not consider myself a fan boy... but theres a formula that got hit on the head and constantly being perfected.. the game just works. and works well. They got a golden goose.
