Idc what anyone says this is still so f*cking sad! The only thing that makes this ok or helps me not be so sad about this is that Metroplex could in theory actually come back(in this reality/game if we were going to see one). It’d be a lot, but to bring him back, you’d need to do an energon infusion. Thinking about that & knowing he could come back if that was done is the only thing that takes the “edge” off. Saddest moment in the entire game.

Just imagine leaving your home planet like this, seeing it destroyed and your species are in number, just imagine this with Humans.

This moment along with the moment when Megatron and Soundwave convert Trypticon into the Nemesis are the saddest moment, I know Trypticon was a decepticon but I actually felt so bad for him 🥲

His death wasn't for nothing it helped the autobots escape and which also helped in a way. If he didn't sacrifice his life, then the autobots wouldn't have been able to bring back cybertron un transformers prime.

Back in the day on TF FOC, i was asking myself "what if Decepticons use Metroplex to make him as their army, they had the energon, it's should be possible to revive him".

I think the reveal of metroplex was really cool. They keep talking about, and letting you really drink up that everywhere on cybertron is either crap, or being moved out of for posterity and to bide resources (or just needing to pull out of there). And in the final days protecting the ark, as this city becomes a target of extremely concentrated siege and marauding, optimus begins to see this particular city is repairing itself.

I don’t see enough people talking about that last look Bee gives when he turned around. Imagine if we had to leave earth in our lifetimes just to survive; the one place any human being could call home no matter what. I’m sure the last look each of us would give our planet before leaving would feel like it lasted an eternity
