This one was a great episode
ОтветитьThank you for these videos, I’m 30 looking to make a change into the trades. I’ve been investigating hvac and your videos are great insight !
ОтветитьI’m excited for the future
ОтветитьSuper proud of my son, Austin! John is the best mentor and Saul is a great leader!
ОтветитьAs far as the degree, I think a tradesmen should learn a little bit business, to understand the logistics of it, but I think that those in trades, should partner, with a person, who has a business degree and start a company, one should look up what the business structure looks like, then look to fill those positions up
Ответитьstarting hvac school soon 😅
ОтветитьThats Supee AWESOME HE LIKES LEARNING!The joy of life!Me too!
ОтветитьThese videos are a great help to many
ОтветитьLearn a trade, never go hungry. My father told me that 45 years ago. Turns out he was right.
ОтветитьYour company becomes profitable by earning the customers trust.
ОтветитьFormer 11B here too and HVAC business owner
ОтветитьMy son is 21. He was homeschooled. Has 1 year of college credit. 2 years full time installing gutters and doing roof repairs. Occasionally substitutes as a roofing foreman. He started doing concert photography and videography on the side last summer so see if he can make that work as a career. He has no debt. 30k saved. Paid for car. Paid for camera gear. He is capable of getting A's in college, but I'm recommending he look into a skilled trade. I'm sending him your videos. We discussed giving photography another year to see if he gets any traction, then pursue a skilled trade and do photography as a hobby. I think TIG welding, HVAC, Electrician are three areas he may be interested in. What trade schools are in the midwest that he should be investigating? Is an apprenticeship a better option? I've always worked for a large corporation and I'm recommend he eventually start his own business in the trades because I feel it is a more secure career path going forward.
ОтветитьNice job sabotaging that water heater in the lady's ceiling!
ОтветитьI'm a high school drop out who has started his own hvac company. No buisness school. I do close to a half mil as a Chuck in a truck. Fixing to start growing. All i did was work hard.
ОтветитьWhat are people making in this trade in East Tennessee?
Ответить14 to 16 dollars a hour twice min wage? In some places in Washington state $15.00 a hour is the min wage. If I was to go into hvac I would focus on semi trucks and refer trailers.
ОтветитьI’ve been thinking of going into the Trades.
I got out of the Army back in June of this year (10 years) and have been seriously considering HVAC.
My question is should I use my GI Bill bill and go to school for a trade OR work as an apprentice?
Which one is better?
If you dont know who to be or what to be BE IN A TRADE and do something you love more on the side if the side hussell ever takes off you can leave and go back to the trade anytime. thats for you kiddos under 28 years old.
ОтветитьBeen going to school for HVAC for 8 months I already gotten my epa certification now going for my installation certification been unemployed for almost a year but god and hard work is paying off
ОтветитьI am committed to stop sitting around and get into the HVAC trade. I just “wasted” 4 years to getting my AA which should have taken 2.
I am completely willing to pay for trade school in order to get a certificate to show that I am serious looking for work. Because I don’t personally know anybody that could give me work to train me.
Would I be able to make calls everyday for a long time and land an apprenticeship without trade school? Or should I not rely on luck and pay and do the time before I go for a job.
Should I go to hvac scholl. I have an art degree that is done nothing for me.
ОтветитьReally like this 🔥
ОтветитьHVAC is an amazing trade to work on but its only good for a season then in the winter you have no work. It’s very unfair that you only have steady work on the Summer and then no work guaranteed after Summer .
ОтветитьYou guys don’t need to be a Salesperson. I work with Sales in Solar Panels. The company that I work makes $45million/year. There’s 3 things you guys should invest. Sales(with sales people knocking doors), Marketing to catch attention and this attention with being reliable in your community makes your Brand strong.
With a good Branding your sales becomes easy as fuck. So… be a marketer for your company and wait 2 years until everybody knows you
"A lot of people want it now" No duh? Nobody should wait for someone to retire or die so they can move up in the company.... bearded moron trying to say that ambition is bad. He's mad because people don't want to do live in poverty for the benefit of the company.
ОтветитьThis needed podcast .thanks for helping us reach our goal’s
