1. Open up Instagram app on your mobile phone and login to your Instagram account.
2. Tap on the “Home” icon at the bottom left of your screen.
3. Go to direct messages section by clicking the icon at the upper right corner.
4. Open any message conversation and add “@silent” to your message.

That’s it, this message will be sent without a notification.
