Can you do a tutorial on how to get templates? I’m struggling a lot trying to be where the templates are

Absolute worst video editor i ever used. It crashed constantly and there was never any way to get anyone to help besides waiting multiple days for emailed answers that didn't allow you to ask questions in real time. It was easy to use definitely.... but only on the off chance it happened to be working that day. I've never gotten any help except waiting a couple of days for whatever bug it was to iron itself out. I almost lost my whole channel. If it's different than it was a year ago then great, if there's a human who you can talk to in real time who will help then sign me up because it was super easy and fun. But it just wasn't working right more often than not

Vivavideo, please, bring back the classic effects, themes, stickers, and more from the new ones! I miss them all! Please bring them back!!
