how to build unanchored in babft

After you place a rod, or other 'anchored' block onto the plot, open your building menu and press on the plus symbol (next to the magnifying glass icon) and the menu will expand. You will see an option to toggle 'anchor blocks' on or off, uncheck that box. Now you can build whatever you like, and whenever youre done with your build (dont forget to save!) to unanchor your build, just delete the rod, and you should be able to move your build freely, if it has moving parts, without launching.

this video is a very quick and probably poorly done demonstration of what that would look like, with the hopes that it could help someone who was on my server, who did not yet have the screwdriver.

(remember that parts touching the ground are anchored by default. so technically you could just place an unanchored rod, as long as it's making contact with the plot and build on top of that, eh sorry tangent)
