4 things to know going back to college at 30

As a 32 year old going back to university this is pertinent. I already have a bachelor's degree but am getting another degree in data science. The best part is all I have to pay for is books.

If you want to go to school for FREE Uber will pay if you are a driver and complete a certain amount of rides and keep a gold status throughout your time in college.

I know Starbucks has a similar program but I believe it's for 1st degrees only.

If background music volume is down a little bit, it will be awesome.

How, did you work at a bank and got to classes??
Where did you had the time ?
Was a 9 to 5 job ?

You must understand his perspective is one of his own and nothing more. The MOST versatile degree you can earn is either a BSW or MSW (Bachelor or Master of Social Work) and many of us make $100,000.00 or more each year in a variety of settings. I graduate with my BSW in December and I'm going straight into a Masters program in January - why? because I want to become a psychotherapist and it's the required credentials. If this gentleman thinks he'll obtain positions with ONLY A Bachelor's in Physics, he's greatly mistaken. I guarantee that if he wants to make big money - he'll be pursuing a Master's degree in the future - not everything said in this video is valid and I strongly urge you all to look other places for information on going back to school.

Thank you for this video. I am finding myself about to return to school in my late 30s. As a spouse and father, I am definitely more focused and concise than when I was in my low 20s and attaining my first degree.

I’m 23 in my 5th (out of 8) semester of a chemistry degree. The workload is tough and we have a mandatory work placement for semester 6 and I’ll make a couple € over minimum wage. However I know some people who won’t even make minimum wage and one person who won’t be paid at all. I always hear science subjects aren’t worth it and I’m just praying I set myself up for a good career.
