how was the food at the restaurants?

im actually going soon, it is AMAZING and i am excited! 3rd time going to moon palace, Cancun, and i 100% recommend it!

Went here about 17 years ago - first time to Cancun and first time to Mexico. Just about everything was incredible. I can't think of anything I didn't like about the resort other than the drinks being a little watered down at the bars. With it being all-inclusive, that didn't matter much because I would just order more. Highly recommend staying here!

People writing reviews say the beach is not great. What are other's experience of the beach in Jan and Feb?

Anyone ever heard of the Royalton Splash Riviera? Over a thousand rooms beautiful Resort and all sorts of water pools that would I would think would give Moon Palace a good run for its money. And it's a modern I'm heading there this Saturday for 8 days. I'll touch base to let you know what I find out. At the moment from my own experience, Moon Palace is dated overrated, an overpriced.

I had the pleasure of staying there for a week to celebrate my birthday, and I was very impressed with the level of service provided, as well as the exceptional amenities. Typically, when traveling abroad, I prefer not to carry my laptop or have to work during my time at a resort, but this experience made it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
