Green Building Studio's Utility Upload Feature with Green Button Support

Hi I have been trying to add utility bills data for my project but whenever i click on download tools or download excel button; the following message appears "404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
please help me in this
