The 2 step demonic shuffle is extremely hard to pull of so I recommend this
Use Mist Raven and straight up beat him to death. Any time he teleports you can get a bunch of free hits in on him and when he starts swinging back use Mist Raven every time, teleport behind him and just keep beating his ass
This is by far the easiest method for all the Headless and you can use Mist Raven to use confetti, heals and cure terror as well as it gives you a fair amount of time before he lock onto you again

I do the whole dance in the first phase and then he simply hits me twice in the second and I’m dead. This games balancing is so off it’s not even funny

I beat two headless in like 10 mins at most this really helped even 5 years later

I started realizing there was hacks like this. For example one I found was the seven ashina spear has an attack where he spins and then strikes. If you follow this by a step right to him you will dodge and have oppurtinty to damage but continue the barrage of attacks and he should get frustrated and repeat the same attack and after that its execution.

im about to get 100% on this game but my experience on sekiro is terrible gameplay terrible dodge terrible environment terrible any enemy hit drain your health less than halfway i dont know why ! i heard a lot of ppl saying the game is hard but the bosses arent hard is just the way you have to kill them desnt make sense at all. You cant just be creative like bloodborne nioh and all darksouls game i played i personally no enjoining the game good story but trash gameplay

Obviously it's a good strategy because you showed it in the video that it works. But I would like if you could make a video factoring in his other attacks. Because his sword got a long range and I've been trying to do the step I'm not locking on is going to do anything

I genuinely got jump sacred when my curious ass let me to that dark pit with the headless ghoul in it that killed me in a matter kf seconds. I'll probably progress a little more and get back to him
