I can no see my equipment when i set up a new meeting why? Where is the equipment section? I only saw rooms

Who approves the room? The person you delegated it to?

Why can’t they see rooms availability in calendar lol. Why approval is required? What if Priya gets hit by the bus, who will approve my request? Lol I have so many questions. Please do your research before hiring an Indian contractor
