That room temp is not a thing… mine always come out that good and I don’t let them sit for hours till they come to room temp
ОтветитьWagyu, what quality?
ОтветитьCan you adopt me and be my Tìo Joe lol love your videos man this year has been so exciting I have learned a lot of things staying home one of them being grilling and smoking all sorts of different cuts. Gonna have to save up for this one tho ! Keep at it always a good time watching your videos
ОтветитьI'm hungry 😬
I'm buyin' a tomahawk tomorrow 😊
Ive watched dozens of videos, this is my favorite method
ОтветитьI am new with kingstone smoker...and till now You have the best things I can find. Thanks, and keep it up
ОтветитьWhats silver skin
ОтветитьThis looks absolutely bussin!
ОтветитьTomahawk ribeye steak
ОтветитьTakes to much time for entertaining guests or a date. I'm sure it is delicious . But who wants to spend 2 1/2 hours for a steak to eat and cold fries.😢
Ответить30 minute rest? I like my steak hot, never rest more than 5-7 minutes and they’re great.
ОтветитьNo man, leave the fat. The best part IMHO.
ОтветитьShef, after 30 minutes of rest isn't this steak only warm?
ОтветитьNot for me because it’s black burned!
Ответитьpeople do come from different cultures indeed. in my culture, that is RAW meat, but here, it's good enough, even delicious... amazing
ОтветитьNever trim your steak
ОтветитьHaven't even watched the video yet, clicked on your video because I'ma grill me some tomahawks for the first time and I don't want to eff it up. Your thumbnail stopped me in my tracks. Prettiest looking steaks I've ever seen.
And now I learn.........
You leave the fat on !!!
ОтветитьOk then, well don’t trim the fat, it’s better than eye anyway, just sear it and grill it as my grandfather would say, we were lucky to get salt n pepper back in my, we grew raised our own cattle, we put our meat straight over an open fire.
ОтветитьWhy do I torture myself. . .all the food you make looks absolutely delicious! If only we were friends back in the day I'd learn so much from you! Keep doing your thing!
ОтветитьMy favorite steak video on you tube so far!
ОтветитьYour steak rocks, dude
Ответитьgreat vid
ОтветитьHey Joe, what temp was the oil for the steak fries?
ОтветитьYou can still get edge to edge med pink on a steak if it’s cold. The only benefit of cooking a steak at room temp is that it cooks faster.
ОтветитьI'm about to cook a Tomahawk but, to be honest, the best cut for a steak is a really good prime New York
ОтветитьLooked like you were a little light on the salt
ОтветитьThat’s how you ruin a good quality tomahawk steaks.
ОтветитьThat burning fat can't be healthy.
ОтветитьI have really enjoyed this video!
ОтветитьIf these are called Rib Eye with the bone in it, then is a T-Bone called a T-Bone eye?
ОтветитьGreat video, just didn't like adding the melted butter on the grill and causing the flare-ups. Everything else was nicely done. I'm going to try the seasoning you like (I'm glad it doesn't have sugar). You definitely have a great taste in choosing to use Fleur de sel.
ОтветитьCongrats bro
ОтветитьSmoker tomahawk steak 🥩🥩🥩🥩 Jim Ross ATL
ОтветитьCorrect me if I’m wrong, but don’t we pay for that massive bone when we buy a tomahawk? This is idiot’s delight. And I tried a5 wagyu against my son’s advice. I am on the keto diet and eat prime ribeye 3-4 times a week and am fine with fat. a5 is a fat bomb with a little meat marbling it. Just drink beef tallow. If you eat a5, do it as an hors d’oeuvre. I promise that you will feel sick if you try to down an a5 tomahawk and hundreds of dollars poorer. Oil on a fat bomb? This is the Twilight Zone.
ОтветитьLooks amazing minus the super char 😅how’d you enjoy them?
ОтветитьJoe, I have been smoking for about 3 years now. This whole time I have been attending the University of Smokin Joe’s Pit BBQ!!! lol thank you for your content and instruction!! Here is what I cooked New Year’s Day…… I cooked a tomahawk on Wednesday. It was one of my Christmas presents. First time cooking a tomahawk steak too. Aketa( my wife) likes her meat done so I pulled it off the smoker at 140 and reverse seared it then let it rest and allow the temp to come up to 145. It was one of the best steaks I have ever had!!
ОтветитьHey my man, are you in Midland,Texas?
ОтветитьThis dude knows how to burn a steak.
A shame for this piece of meat…
You are not grilling, you are burning meat.
ОтветитьGreat steak but not a wagyu! Not enough inside fat to be one! 🤷🏼♀️
Ответить🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇👍
ОтветитьGreat video Joe!! ...those steaks look PERFECT!!! .btw....that jar of Cattleman's Grill seasoning is NOW almost $40. !!
ОтветитьAmazing just amazing
ОтветитьThey look delicious
ОтветитьWay overcooked.
ОтветитьBahamas is in the house ,thank you watching from the Bahamas God Bless.
ОтветитьAll the black burnt spots on the meat is very healthy 🤣
ОтветитьYou shouldn't have any smoke ring on steaks. These steaks are ruined.
ОтветитьThat was and is work off art. Nailed It. I know it was phenomenal. I'm like a rabid dog who hasn't eaten in a month watching your video. Thanks for sharing and your passion for cooking and grilling.............................Great Job
