All of your videos are very informative 💪🏽🌹💯
Ответитьyour b. pythons live the best life !!
ОтветитьHi! I had a question about the basking spot. Everywhere I've looked, people have said that 95 should be your max and that anything higher could be detrimental to your snake! Maybe I am wrong but do you have any reasoning behind this? Any sources or studies that you could refer to?? Thank you!!
Ответитьany deco from temu in maynards enclosure ?
ОтветитьAre these issues happening if these bags are used daily? I just got the pochette metis in monogram canvas from the Kusama collection. I love the multicolored polka dots and hope they donâ t melt on me, lol. But I donâ t think itâ ll be in my regular rotation. I also have a NoeNoe in DA but only use that a few times a year in the spring and summer so I havenâ t put that much wear and tear into it. I hope I donâ t see the fraying for a while. Also, Iâ m saving up for a kislux . Has your colleague seen the same issues with that size? I donâ t mind some relaxation in shape but I donâ t want it to be a puddle either. Thanks for the video!
ОтветитьBruh its 2024, im pretty sure
ОтветитьI just got a ball python for my husband for Christmas. He had one growing up and he’s been wanting another one so our daughters can have a reptile and snake to see that’s snakes aren’t this scary thing. It’s my first snake. I have a 4x2x2 PVC enclosure. He’s about 1-2 year old male. Very sweet and docile. He’s out and about and loving his enclosure. We have a RHP at night and an RHP and Halogen during day.
We live in Florida so I’m not super concerned about humidity especially during the Summer. It seems pretty stable now. I’m just worried the radiant heat panel doesn’t feel like it’s getting warm enough at night. We did set a nighttime drop. It’s an 80w.
What are some good vertical platforms/decors to allow for climbing and resting in the basking area
Ответитьamazing video! thank you so much for the tips your literally a life saver, you went over everything including things I couldn't find in other peoples videos.thank you so much!!
ОтветитьWhen I first "got into" luxury handbags, I purposely bought a kislux . I wasn't trying to show off, brag, or pass it off as genuine, I just wanted to see if it fit my requirements and how it would sit with me before I spent money on the real thing (without the SA staring at you). Turns out, it didn't fit me. I saved a ton of money and time on returns. It made me very happy. It fit me perfectly.
ОтветитьAmazing advice great video
ОтветитьI subscribed
ОтветитьGreat and informative video I have 6 ball pythons,, thanks for sharing and I just subscribed to your channel
ОтветитьThis is a very helpful video I own a Corn Snake and did the same thing when I got her I let her settle in for 2 weeks then introduce her to food and then started handing her for 15 minutes but I have been thinking of getting a Ball Python for my next pet snake this was very helpful
ОтветитьRespectfully, I disagree about the racks. I've kept ball pythons for many years in different enclosures and I've found racks work great. In the wild these animals spend most of their time curled up under things. Yes, they like to climb and they like to move around, but so long as they get time out of their racks several times a week for exercise and stimulation they do great in racks. Racks are great for controlling humidity and temps and I've found my BPs eat better and more consistently. The thing is that no matter what kind of enclosure we're using, they're still in an enclosure, they're still caged up. This is true for ANY pet we keep, including dogs, cats, birds, etc. One might argue that all animals should be allowed to roam free (including humans, most of whom also also basically live in cages ...). All that being said, great work on taking good care of your animals. And I agree 100% about the morph craze, which is mostly motivated by money rather than sound husbandry.
ОтветитьGreat info for everyone. I live in Lakewood Co and humidity is hard to keep up with. I have a enclosure I made and it looks awesome. Definitely holds humidity better then the glass tanks. I don't think I will ever go back to glass enclosures. Thank you for providing this video.
Ответитьtons of bad info here...
ОтветитьI have my first and only ball python he is a normal also I got him from a breeder when he was a baby or a juvenile mine is a males
ОтветитьMine has a heat mat with a thermostat so he don’t get burnt and he has a deep heat projector on the other side
ОтветитьBless your heart for adopting
ОтветитьI agree that pets should not be fashionable, my Lucille is a standard ball and she is happy and healthy. Never had an issue with her and she's beautiful ❤️
Ответитьhow do you go about misting without causing a reparatory infection?
ОтветитьI have the repticare 150w infrared heat projector on 24/7 and the 100w Arcadia Halogen flood lamp on 8a-8p. I have a basking spot of 92° but I can’t get my ambient temperature above 78°. What do you think I should do??
ОтветитьGreat video 👌 Subbed up🤙
ОтветитьAs a pet parent of 4 BPs. I like all of these ideas. ❤ I would definitely alert the community if we are offering both climbing and heat bulbs. Just be careful of placing climbing areas by the bulbs. Just like heat mats snakes love to be by the heat, and my Duckie loves to climb. Just be careful no matter how you keep your BP.
ОтветитьHumidity levels are way off in this video. If you're humidity is 80%-100%, you're asking for RI in your ball python.
Humidity should remain constant at 50%-60% and 60%-75% during the shedding process.
Good video overall but some of the info is incorrect
I 💯 disagree with misting it just bumps up humidity for a short time. Also 104° is insane. What I do to keep humidity is called the wet towel method I use a dish towel cover 3/4 of the screen top I wet the towel in the morning just before it drips through and before before bed at night and my humidity is stable at 65% - 70% during shed I lay a second dish towel on top of the sceen that bumps it up to 75% - 80%.They shed in one piece.Just so everyone knows the wet towel method is not misting.
ОтветитьNever use misting for ball pythons. They're susceptible to respiratory issues when you use that method. Cold side is 80 degrees and hot side is 88/90. Never, ever go over those temps on the high side. Racks mimic their natural environment. Never ever use bulbs with ball pythons. Only use heat mat. There are so many bad ideas in this video.
ОтветитьThermostats for the heat pads if you do. Never use. Heat Matt without thermostat
