'The Music of The Night' Ramin Karimloo | The Phantom of The Opera

This version makes all the others look bland in comparison.

Ramin has a strong, emotional singing voice, but I keep envisioning the original Phantom, not on stage with clapping. I still haven't been able to watch the stage productions.

The extra details these two add pushes their performances to another level. Like here when Sierra is about to remove Ramin's mask. He quickly looks up in horror when he notices, and after he grabs her wrist, he quickly lets go and looks shocked that he actually touched her. And the way Sierra seems to flow between trance and reality as the Phantom leads her is perfection. Everyone has their favorite Phantom and Christine, but it's obvious why these two are so popular.

Ben Lewis is the best

Before Ramin, Michael Crawford was the phantom, but I recently watched Michael's performance and it isn't anywhere near as good as Ramin's.

Ramin Karimloo is without a doubt Sierra Boggess' phantom. They have so very much chemistry and they perform in perfect sync together. I saw the one where she performed the song with all the phantoms in turn and none of them held a torch to her performance with Ramin.
