Uber Illegally Operating In Goa?

Very scary ....what they are doing isn't that illegal

The problem is that is money. Goans are poor and small states depend on this livelihood. Government has been neglecting small states because of fewer seats for representation in the parliament. We also pay taxes to the central government but the state gets back very little.
The other point is that many of the workers working in goa are from other states who work for less money and the cost of living in goa is more and standard of cars are better in goa compared to ola. There are also a lot of small roads and not many people to ask for directions who speak the local language and English sometimes. If accidents were to happen it is usually because of these guys since every driver drives fast here in goa.
Offcourse this seem to be the cartel running the taxis in goa but most of them know each other so the safety of the passenger is not compromised.
