i think that rocky mountain approached wheel size the best, by giving smaller people smaller wheels, which you can manoeuvre much better and it will fit them much better instead of looking like a clown bike. and larger people should choose 29 as they fit them better. Like now you see 5 foot people riding 29er's and it looks like they cant even get round a corner

My mum told me to never follow the stream.... So went ahead and replaced my 170mm enduro with a 130mm traily, for riding enduro this year.

Shimano must have bad relationships with these companies. I’m seeing way too much SRAM junk on these complete builds now. No way am i spending 3-4 grand on a bike built with SRAM. Just put a basic Deore drivetrain on the bike and call it a day.

Right now, the best bike is ... the one you can actually find haha. Basically all of these are unobtainable for the foreseeable future. So in my region (Colorado Front Range), Trek Slash is unobtainable, most dealers giving ETAs of 2022, Specialized Status had one single dealer that sold the maybe 3 that were released to this region (the Status is only made in very tiny quantities), RM Altitude, local dealer has an ETA of 2023, larger dealer in Denver maybe next summer. Nukeproof Mega 290, sold out, unlikely to see one until 2022. Specialized Stumpy EVO, 2021 model sold out before it ever released, likely unobtainable until 2023.

This might be the exciting bikes for 2021 but the world shortage of bikes won’t allow many people to get them for at least 4-6 months into 2021 🤣
