You got me into RNG, you're so good at explaining, i nailed it every time. I'm surprised I didn't have to calibrate ORAS, i got it first try, i had to calibrate XY though

I’m interested to know how these mechanics work without using a manipulator or anything. When people say it’s a 1/4000 is it because there’s a chance encounter after every reset or is it the seed being changed every milisecond, meaning it depends on which seed you encounter the shiny frame on
