I'm a singer and everyone in my town knows it. They think very highly of me and expect the best. This would be great except for the anxiety I'm now having. I had auditions today and left beating myself up because I was so scared I made mistakes and my voice cracked. Music is everything to me, I've been performing for a long time. This year is the first year I've ever felt scared while performing, which honestly scares me more than actually performing.

This helped me a bunch u relaxed me and made me stop crying and calmed me down from mi panic attack ur so amazing I love u!! I think I’ll b able 2 nap now and yaaaaay sissy cuddles 😁💤🌙😍😘💙💋🦊🦇

just saying if i was having a panic attack which i do nearly 3 times every week and if someone came in like you did at the start of the video i would have freaked my beans cause when i get a panic attack nothing else matters to me only wanting to get out of the fear of dying, i would'nt care how your weekend was sorry lmao i just need someone to be there to talk me down and be there incase i pass out or something but that's only my opinion i'm sure you help many others with this video and are a caring person.
