And the winner is… Antidote by Daisy Moore
We recently teamed up with the independent business Agua de Madre for a short film competition encouraging female filmmakers to share their lockdown experiences. The winning film will be screened exclusively on Curzon Home Cinema from Friday 30th October, playing ahead of Josephine Decker's Shirley.
Director Josephine Decker acts as one of the judges on the competition, along with actor Gugu Mbatha-Raw, director Sara Dunlop, producer Gaby Tana, entrepreneur Melissa Hemsley and Curzon Artificial Eye MD Louisa Dent.
Presenting to you our outstanding winner, Daisy Moore. Daisy Moore is a Nottingham and London based actor and director. Her first short 'Rituals' screened on the BFI.NETWORK and BAFTA qualifying festivals like Aesthetica, Carmathren Bay and London Short Film Festival at which she was nominated for Best Woman Director.
