Working at a hospital can be really demanding—we often struggle to finish treating even one patient before the shift ends. It would be great if we had the option to stay for 24 or 48 hours to provide more care.

As a midwifery student, this mod makes me way too happy! I've been using it since it first came out and it's my favourite! It's the one mod I use the most in my gameplay and every update keeps getting better! It's super realistic (as stated in its name)!

Guys do you need some type of sims pack for this mod? Like buisness and hobbies ? Get to work? Because the mod definitely works for me but I don't have nor can I do everything. So I'm just wondering how everyone is doing all of this like with the hospitals and stuff. I'm new to sims btw

If anybody is having issues with the midwifery career its because the mod is not released to the public yet, not until April 24th, you have to be a part of their Patreon

I love this mod especailly when you go to there home and help them with home births. Playing it is not easy because those home birth indivdauls be acting up have to tell them something 3 or 4 times.
