Another piece of advice that you didn't mention: with the music tradeskill you can give yourself some nice buffs, including increased gathering yield and rarity

Can you make a video on good (fresh servers) early farm strategy per/Oct new server launch. Be nice to farm out some fast easy gold for 1st home.
