I hope to retain most of these tips, on this my 2nd visa interview, and praying to clinch this visa to proceed in visiting a sister and friends' whom I haven't seen for awhile. Hello. We were asked for additional documents for an immigrant visa. But the status of our case has remained at READY for 2 months. Is this normal practice. The case has been updated two times but status is the same. What does this mean? It’s a DV visa.

Thank you so much Argo Visa. I recently got my visa issued. I watched most of your videos and listened to the tips and tricks. My interview was just like a chit chat conversation and went smooth even though there were some miscommunication.
Many cross questions were asked about my sister who is working there and they also asked my father's business details. I was fully prepared and didn't let myself be nervous at the interview.
I would like to appreciate Argo Visa for helping people out. There's so much more I want to say but I can't thank enough.

I think it should be illegal for former US Visa officers to work for private firms, giving out tips to foreigners on how to get approved for a US Visa. You are doing a disservice to your country. Your tips could help some bad people get visas and enter our country.

Unfortunately my brother’s student visa got rejected for the 2nd time, he has a PhD admission but also is currently a PhD student in our home country. I think that is the reason for the rejection. He is considering to reapply again but we heard that it’s not wise to go to the third interview without making sure you will be granted. Is it that bad getting rejected more that 3 times? I would appreciate any advice since it’s so devastating to see he gets rejected over and over again 😢

Hi Ben, would you kindly tell us about immigrant category visa interview and preparation since most of your videos are focused on non immigrant visa categories.

My lady is coming to the U.S. on a K1 visa. There is a customary union with me and her but i have not paid any type of bride price or have had any ceremony. The tribe views a customary union like an engagement here in the U.S. You aren't fully married unless you have done ceremonies in a church or had a civil union. Any idea if she will be denied at any point after USCIS approval?

@argosocial , my sponsor is my dad and he has multiple businesses here in my home country but my elder brother is Australian permanent resident and he also has businesses there so should i mention as sponsorship answer that my father is sponsoring but my brother who is Australian permanent resident he will also contribute?

How do I convince the VO I’m that my uncle is my sponsor
