Sykkuno was very confident yesterday, so I think he found a trick to do it solo. My best guess is that he positions his fingers on the first 2 or 3 numbers, and then he only has to remember 10 or 9, which is easier.

Dean has a point. There are certain benefits to combining numbers but from the hacks, you can see he struggles to speed read the numbers. That's cause it's easier for the brain to just spit out the individual numbers, but you have to group into twos and convert that into a longer word when reading. If you're a fast talker, you have a better chance.

Props to CB for taking their time doing the heist in the legit way. Third time is the charm baby.

I feel sad for Tony and Ray always on hostage duty. Honestly Lang is the least useful one (being the backup hacker for Yuno), but since he's the leader he calls the shots.

He was 1 digit off on 3rd round for both attempts. He is always so close yet so far. I believe he can do it.

I agree his technique seems really bad because of how slow it takes for him to say out. It's ok to remember the numbers in chunk in your brain, but the time to say out "twen-ty-se-ven" vs "2 7" makes alot of difference. Especially when there is only 3 seconds to remember 12 numbers.

You can see who does for the content and who wants progression. Other groups tried to speed run to get there first, while CB group support Yuno hacking decision, even when he failed 6 times and they got another dongo, they let him do it again saying "It's your call". Now Sykkuno is hyping everyone up to watch his next lower vault, hinting that he will be able to do it. Lang and the others care more about the anime vs final boss arc more than finishing the vault.

I mean, this hack isn't really that hard. Not insanely difficult. Anyone can do this given enough practice. The difference between Yuno's hack compared to the dev's, is that the former is in INTENSE pressure. Doing this kind of hack, or any hack at all- knowing that everything here is ride or die on you, puts unimaginable stress, and it is largely part of the reason why Yuno failed to hack it. Adding the elements of a sufficiently challenging mini-game, and most importantly, coupled with the insane amount of pressure was what caught Yuno off guard. Yuno even mentions that he has done harder number sequences and finished it with relative ease when he practiced off stream. In much the same way, I'd imagine the devs completely failing the hack if they were under the same kind of environment the RP'ers are in.

Trust me when I say this, the pressure really gets to you. I remember I was in a really important basketball game in high school, and it was up to me to make that free throw to make or break to game. Literal knots in my stomach, and I wanted to yack all over the floor because the pressure was too much.

love that he back to back solo'd the black usb tonight (once for the codes and another time just cause "aw that was lame" and he just wanted another try) after so much hate and backseating him and cb got since the last one. And he did it on stream with his cam on, AND explained exactly how he did it afterwards while saying that anyone will be able to do it his way. love this for them
