i used to wear slips all the time (i mostly wore dresses) until i was like 7 or so and honestly i aside from the heat, i would like to do it again it was comfy 😂

Slips are sexy. I instantly picture some b&w movie, Elizabeth Taylor or someone, drink in her hand, arguing with her married boyfriend. She goes to slap him..."You lousy, no-good"...he grabs her hand mid-strike. They kiss, her leg raises behind her...then it cuts to a racetrack or something because it's the 50s. Maybe maaaybe in a particularly raunchy one, we get to see the slip fall to the floor and her bare feet stepping out of it.

God, the things I’d do to be able to fit into vintage clothes. Unfortunately my ta-tas are too big and I snap the stitching on most anything smaller than an XL.

I'M OBSESSED WITH #5!! I love simple sexy things like that. I don't need bling just some good silk/satin and lace. I love this gauze dress I just got at WALMART of all places!! It costs $29.60 and has the cutest most adorable ruffle sleeves. The first time I ever wore it out, I ran to the grocery store and was talking to 2 young ladies, they told me I looked EXPENSIVE. The BEAT complement EVER!! They even thought my Walmart gold bracelets, cvs gold rings were real lol. Not bad for a set of bracelets that cost me $5.88 and some stackable rings that cost like $15-16.

I'm 36 and still wear slips. They also hide your underwear or silhouette when wearing certain fabrics.

I still have the second one but mine is a half slip and a camisole so worn together it makes the full slip but if you don't need both parts... you can only wear one or the other. I tend to get more use out of the camisole these days than the half slip.
