He isn't useless because he's weak. It's because of our damage meta that you cannot use him. You only need Naruto 6P or Kakuzu in western servers.

Try Izuna + 5k madara + fire main(mirror and shield mystery, clone covering him ) + sb gakido.
That team works quite well.
I designed that team for a friend using rinne sasuke, but izuna is a better damage dealer than him.
