Fedor is by far the greatest heavyweight of all time, and possibly the GOAT period. Whoever brings up "fighting tomato cans" as an argument simply wasn't around. PRIDE was by far the premier MMA organization at that time. UFC had nowhere near the caliber of fighters during Fedors reign, and I'm talking any weight class. In fact, UFC guys like Randleman and Coleman would cross over to PRIDE to fight stiffer competition. Look what happened to UFC's biggest star in Chuck Liddell when he tried to cross over and fight Rampage in PRIDE. Fedor went undefeated for a decade against the best in the world. Who has ever done that, let alone at heavyweight? Don't forget that the big buyout is what made the UFC the top MMA organization. PRIDE fighters brought all the attention and respect to UFC, and many became champs or title contenders: Shogun, Anderson Silva, Overeem, Wanderlei, Dan Henderson Big Nog, Lil Nog, Rampage... and Fedor was king of them all. Don't let me tell you, that's what they say with their own mouths.

It's not a myth that he went 27 fights unbeaten while Tim Sylvia was getting decisions against Jeff Monson in the UFC. The fact that the UFC is still saying this ten years later is embarrassing to fans that love the sport. You don't remember Ali for his fight with Holmes. You remember Ali for his peak. Fedor at his prime had the fastest hands and reflexes, and he could get submission at any position. His dominance was at the level of Khabib. It’s a pity that his fight against CroCop was not as big as it should’ve been. Prime Fedor vs Prime CroCop would’ve been the super fight of epic proportions.

Fedor could have fought as a LHW which makes his accomplishments even that much impressive. I love the guy! But if I have to be honest I will say even though at one point he was undefeated, a lot of his wins were so closely contested and he could have lost In a few of them. To me that’s not pure dominant. Jon Jones was dominant up until they drug tested him. GSP was dominant. And the most dominant of all was Khabib. However, Khabib’s longevity as a champion was short.

Oh yes. Mark Coleman, Mirco Cro Cop, Kevin Randleman, Antonio Nogueira, Andrei Arlovski, Tim Sylvia and many other great fighters who Fedor beat are nothing compared to what Miocic did in the UFC. DC makes me sick. Why does this man get so much attention? Who is he??? Fedor beat so many great fighters and got so many injuries. He was the best for almost 10 years without losing to anyone.
