ОтветитьThis morning I did one of Jo‘s Tabata workouts. Took a nap after work and decided to do an easy, quick and fun workout ”to just move the body a tiny bit“ after waking up. Let me tell you, I’m sweating like crazy! These 10-15 minute workouts make me covered in sweat 🤣

ОтветитьGonna try do this for atleast a few weeks, but aiming for 1 week first! (I normally don’t workout on Fridays tho)
day 1) did it twice! I’m sweating but it was fun and easy! Also I did it with a 1kg weight in each hand
day 2) did it twice! My arms hurt if anything it feels like I’m building muscles on my arms😭 did w 1kg in each hand again. At the end I accidently punched my mirror and my knuckles swelling and bruised🥲 whoops anyway it was easy and so fun
day 3) was good, my hands actually bruised/swollen tho whoops and I hit it again😅 am sweating good thing it’s hair wash day! Did it 2x again with the weights
Day 4) SO PROUD OF MYSELF FOR STIXKING TO THIS FOR SO LONG. Didn’t want to workout again but I forced myself and I feel so much better, I can finally go eat the last 400 cals of my day aha ! Did it 2x again with weights! Feels so much easier tbh
Day 5) OMG I DID IT AHHH !! SO PROUD OF MYSELF I forced myself to do it after getting home from school instead of doing it later and now I can just go sleep 😜 done it 2x again and with weights! 5x a week twice a day is enough for me so I don’t think I’ll do it again until like Sunday ( it’s Thursday now)
AHH GUYS WEEK 2!!
Day 1) was easy loved it, did it 2x again and I’m sweating literally did it in a sports bra and small shorts😭 I feel like my arms are stronger but i don’t want like muscly arms so might stop doing it with the weights maybe? Idk if they are making a difference anywayy. I do feel smaller but only sometimes! Also I started this on a Sunday again after not doing it on Friday and sat!
Day 2) was good once I got into it! Had just woke up from a nap bc I had a rlly bad migraine all day, almost gave up once or twice but didn’t and kept going! So proud of myself even tho I’m not seeing like a lot of loss, hoping I’ll look better soon! I did it 2x again and with weights. (Also yesterday was day 21 of my Ana recovery! ❤️🩹)
Day 3!) was so tired forced myself to do it, only did it once with the weights and when I did it without I felt like I was going so much faster it actually seemed to give me more energy lolll or maybe that was js the Pepsi max I had before I did it the second time😭 I was getting a bit sick of the songs so was tempted to play my own music on something else instead but I didn’t, I’m sweating this is so good I always tell myself that 26 minutes is so long but it goes so fast like omg, probs bc i get adrenaline from going straight from 1st time to the second time😅
Day 4) did it 2x without weights since I’m sore from yesterday, I went ice skating for 2 hours straight instead of this workout! (My knees are killing me help🥲) forced myself to do it straight after school so I’m starting gonna go make dinner since I’ve only had 200 cals today 🥴
