About Us
The 3rd Battalion 4th Marines is dedicated to creating an immersive Military Simulation (Milsim) environment, emphasizing real-world tactics and adapting the ArmA 3 platform. Our community values equity in camaraderie and disciplinary procedures. Life's unpredictability is understood; missing ops due to real-world commitments won't result in penalties. In-game, we strictly follow our standard loadout and maintain discipline, fostering a professional unit both in and out of the game. Our overarching goal is to continually enhance the Milsim experience through unit growth, leadership development, and effective teamwork to achieve tactical objectives.

In the 3rd Battalion 4th Marines, there's no requirement to salute officers, use "attention on deck," or strictly address higher ranks by their military title. Some members, including those with military service backgrounds, prefer separating real-life military practices from the gaming environment. It's crucial to follow the hierarchy based on individual ranks unless your specific role dictates otherwise.
