GTA VC RAGE isn't meant to look better, it's meant to have way better physics than the original game

It isn't the fault of Rockstar. It just gave it's duty to grove street which also ruined ark mobile.

The classic GTA trilogy was made on Renderware engine, not on Rage. The Rage was used on GTA IV and GTA V

It is a mystery why the development of the Definitive Edition was not released to modders. Ten years ago, they brought together a much nicer and more enjoyable version during the modding of GTA4. Besides, apparently, this Groove Street Games doesn't know (can't use it) to Unreal Engine 4.

"Rage engine" is incredible. Because your priority is physics.
