Jordan, you asked in another Earth,Wind and Fire video if they were still touring. For mother's day my 28 year old daughter ( her name is Jordan) got us tickets for Earth, Wind and Fire, touring with Chicago. So excited I can't stand it.

I watched them twice in concert (San Diego) back in the day. Loved watching them sing & dance, especially the bass player. One of the greatest groups ever. RIP Maurice White.

Male R&B group of musicians featuring lead singers late Maurice White and Philip Bailey, who both had successful solo careers. Lots of hits and recordings; and very popular in 70s, 80, Still performing with new members replacing most original members. They were known for futuristic costumes and amazing light shows during at concerts.

Maurice White - the lead singer has a beautiful song called “I Need You”. Check it out.

They usually play this song last at their concerts and everybody is dancing. Even last year!!

In 2017 with other legendary 70’s bands called Classic East. They were great!

My favorites are "Serpentine Fire" and "Getaway", but there are plenty of great ones to choose from.

man...I was just saying on another video...this song and so many others back then, no matter the genre, seemed to have unforced counter-melodies, adlibs and instrumental ear candy. little sounds that fill in spaces that you didn't even know they were there. EWF iconic!!

Earth, Wind and Fire are in a league of their own doing music no one else came close to sounding like. They were one of one not the Black Bee Gees.

If you guys were in them days, oh man, you'd be grooving, and it was so great back then. Songs made sense the temptation Earth when in fire. All them singers from the 90s, and after that everything sucked, it was no good like that Taylor Swift. She sings nothing but hillbilly song in the Regis. You don't understand what the hell they're sinking or they copy other singers. But back then, oh man, it was swinging best songs ever

Hands down this is my ultimate favorite EWF song. You can't just sit there. You gotta get up and DANCE!!

If you guys have not yet watched "kronk's new Groove" with your kids, you simply must! They use this song and it is the most fun dance scene in an animated movie ever!

Earth, Wind & Fire started in 1971, with their first album. Jazz fusion. By the 3rd album in 1973, they started to get recognition. They are one of the top ten mega groups.

Try listening to Earth,Wind, Fire, “ Mighty” from 1973. And “Shining Star”, from 1974, or “Happy Feeling “. Thank you, both. You won’t regret it.❤

No one should did it like EWF in the 70s and 80s,,,,one of a kind.
