Stalker Main Story - Road to Radar/Choosing a Side (Morgue)

I fing hate this quest with a passion. This is one of those quests that the devs built it only and purely for anyone with a hardcore fetish. Everyone else can go F
themselves. I died and died and died and died and no save till the end. Don't make an end game quest that goes beyond challenge to making a player hate
the game with a passion. It's not challenging, it's absolutely sh1t.

so getting into the death run you were talking about there is one dog thats real and can die you can hide in the truck to the left right after the checkpoint and take care all of the zombies before focusing on the psydog original

what is the handguard and how can i get it?

They have changed the guard in the update, he just charges me constantly now until I'm out of stamina and then he kills me. It's honestly a bit ridiculous

This mission has me about ready to quit this game. And that's just trying getting through that tunnelk. Died in a whirlpool with all my ammo and meds. Now I cant get it back.

Two thjings, Whirpools are f'in sh!t and then need to allow you to recover items if you die in an instance.

Managed to get about half way but gave up and suicided back to the bar to farm better armour.

how can I get that handguard attachment that let's you put 3 lasers on it?

The CAA RS-21 Handguard isn't avaliable, so you have to choose between 1 laser or the grip 😢. If anyone have a solution for costumize the AK please thell me.

I really hated most of this questline. Running through the zombie camp with a giant monstrosity and then a warg that has the HP of a god is annoying...

The ladder doesn't work in the MGS2 section, you have to go around different trees. They blocked off that ladder with wood.

It took me almost three days to beat Guard and one hour for Morgue but still thx for the guide

Man i hate the boss fight, i killed the guard on first attempt, i am using better weapons and armor, got the scythian-2m combo armor+5 and AKM Tishina+5 but cant get past the first phase of shaman fight, but killed the guardian on first attempt, so i dont understand everyone's saying the Guardian is harder but i struggle with the smaham more

Just finished that shaman encounter, god... I think they raised the difficulty, spawns are more frequent than in the video. On the bright side i've found that you can climb on the pipe in the left side, under the orderlies platform and once there reach the furthermost point, there just ghouls can get you and not so often thanks to the moltitude of snorkels. That's the only way I managed.
Probably a speed artifact build helps a lot to gain distance before turning and shooting. Drum mag also, my seeker's Ak couldn't keep up with the mutants with it's standard mag.

what armor do you use in the shaman fight because i have tried it over 10 times with the seekers ak but have goten no luck.l but now i tried doing it with teh rpd but nothing seems to work. do you have any tips for me?. i am wearing the seeker's falcon armor.

I personally killed everything tha shot at me with seekers ak+5 for npcs and mutants with shotgun i think its the best method rn cuz for me the mutants almost never agroed on the npcs and just run for me and plus the dog is the problem u can outrun the big one

What does one do about the behemoth, lol? I cant do the deserted camp the same way in this video because the behemoth just chases me down. Cant refresh my armor and the zombies just attack me and not the behemoth.

If you’re fighting the guard, use a shotgun. It does so much more damage. I happened to have a Veteran M1014 breacher as a secondary. If you only have a good primary shotgun, then get a good handgun as your secondary to shoot the wall batteries.

Shaman fight now is a fucking joke, the spawn of the mobs are every 3-5 seconds, the npc almost doesn't help (in any way, they could at least be meat shields but npcs doesn't get aggro), all the mobs are almost the same speed as you. Fucking stupid mission, wtf did exbo thought? Guard is a walk in the park compared to this

So is morgue the guy we play as in the beginning tutorial? This really hard to understand. Technically the main character is morgue. The player that we play as is morgue. Someone explain please.

is there any way to change who your fighting? I chose to side with Morgue due to the fact that the blue sphere is too powerful for any one person to possess morally, and I honestly regret that decision.

MAN AND HOW TF DID U DO THE GUARD BOSS WTF

For anyone doing this quest in December 2024 follow @MaximumAggro 's guide to get Hystrix's RPD and bring that to the fight against Shaman it will make your life significantly easier. Guard is a pain but remember stay close to the walls so when he charges he stuns himself and if you get hit by a charge just keep moving around the circle and refocus on him and prep for his next charge. Stay calm and don't panic when you get hit by a charge you can recover you just need to focus.

I tried to go back to the quest after I logged back on. And it says I need to have the psi protection I got from the orderly base. What was it called? I can’t find it in my inventory lol.

the guard boss fight is such good game design because its a totally "fair" boss where ITS A SUDO GIANT THAT SHOOTS LIGHTNING WHICH IS SO "BALANCED"

why is it when im killing shaman in stalcraft after destroying all 4 pillars my screen goes grey and before i can see again it says shaman killed me

I Just did the Shaman one. Found a way to cheese it. Jump next to him on the sphere on the corner next to pillar and you safe. Then 2nd part go on the top balcony and safe again. No hordes to face and you can easily kill everyone coming at you. Thank me later :D

the mgs sections for orderly base was the final straw, so much bad parkour sections all over, braindead ai, and this quest being an hour long(at minimum). Zivvif you read this, an hero yourself because nobody with this many bad ideas and no talent have no place.
